About the Role

Novutech is committed to leveraging AI to transform our business operations, enhance customer experiences, and drive innovation across our organization. As we embark on our AI transformation journey, we're seeking an AI Enablement Manager to play a crucial role in coordinating AI initiatives across departments, managing implementation projects, and ensuring the successful adoption of AI technologies.

This role will be instrumental in building a culture that embraces AI and uses it to create competitive advantages for both Novutech and our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the transformation of AI within Novutech, ensuring the organization stays at the forefront of intelligent automation and innovation.

• Analyze existing business processes across departments to identify opportunities for AI-enabled transformation and efficiency gains.

• Research and evaluate AI tools and platforms to build and continuously improve our automation capabilities.

• Own the development and implementation of AI solutions to automate processes throughout Novutech's operations.

• Work closely with all departments to align AI initiatives with business objectives and ensure seamless integration.

• Develop and execute change management strategies/training programs to drive AI adoption and build AI literacy across the organization.

• Create comprehensive documentation of AI systems, processes, and automations to ensure knowledge transfer.

• Establish KPIs to measure the impact of AI initiatives and continuously refine approaches based on outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in AI implementation, digital transformation, or related fields.

• Proven experience with workflow automation platforms (e.g., Make, n8n, Zapier).

• Strong understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and automation tools.

• Experience with platforms like Dust, Claude, or other enterprise AI solutions.

• Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

• Excellent project management skills with experience leading cross-functional initiatives.

• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

• Advanced English communication skills (both written and verbal).

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Python, SQL, or other programming/query languages.

• Knowledge of CRM systems and enterprise software integrations.

• Background in change management methodologies.

• Additional European languages.

• Experience with AI implementation in finance or consulting sectors.
