About the Role
Work collaboratively with team members to help clients align their business processes and IT needs with NetSuite's capabilities, ensuring optimal efficiency and effectiveness.
Configure and customize NetSuite solutions, addressing specific customer requirements with guidance from experienced colleagues, while developing your skill set.
Engage in monitoring and testing to identify and resolve functional issues, contributing to seamless project execution.
Document and maintain records of processes, configurations, or customizations, including initial requirements and basic process flows, to facilitate smooth communication with internal stakeholders.
Contribute to internal improvements with your innovative ideas and entrepreneurial spirit, actively participating in our growth and success.
Provide support and administrative assistance within NetSuite projects, enhancing your expertise while playing a key role in our team efforts.
Conduct end-user training sessions and provide post go-live functional support to ensure successful adoption of NetSuite solutions.

Job requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
Fluent in English and French (both mandatory).
At least 1-2 year(s) of relevant experience in ERP implementation, IT consulting, or business analysis. Strong internship or work-study experience in a related field will also be considered, provided you demonstrate a solid understanding of business processes and a proven ability to get up to speed quickly.
Some exposure to finance or accounting concepts is a plus, whether through coursework, a relevant degree, or practical experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude, resilience, and a willingness to learn and adapt.
