About the Role

As a GTM Data & Operations Coordinator, you will support the teams responsible for Novutech’s commercial growth. You will help turn market information into useful sales opportunities by keeping our CRM data reliable, supporting prospect research, coordinating campaign preparation and helping our teams use their go-to-market tools effectively.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys organisation, research, technology and making things work better. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships and Delivery colleagues across Europe.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining accurate, structured and up-to-date CRM and commercial data.

• Researching target companies, decision-makers and relevant market signals.

• Supporting inbound lead qualification, routing and follow-up preparation.

• Preparing account lists and supporting targeted outbound and event-related campaigns.

• Helping colleagues use sales, marketing and AI tools effectively, including HubSpot and other GTM platforms.

• Supporting reporting, competitive intelligence and the organisation of commercial information.

• Helping coordinate marketing activities, events, webinars and sales enablement materials.

This role will also give you a broad and practical view of how a modern B2B go-to-market organisation operates. You will develop experience in:

• CRM and sales operations.

• Prospect research and account-based targeting.

• Lead qualification and campaign support.

• Sales reporting and commercial intelligence.

• AI tools, automation and data-driven workflows.

• The finance, ERP and digital transformation ecosystem.

Job requirements

Must have

• Organised, reliable and attentive to detail.

• Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets and online research.

• Curious about sales, marketing, technology and AI.

• Quick to learn new tools and motivated to improve processes.

• Able to work independently while communicating clearly with colleagues.

• Fluent in written and verbal English.

• Experienced in sales operations, marketing operations, CRM administration, business coordination, data administration or a related area.

Nice to have

• Experience with HubSpot or another CRM.

• Experience using tools such as Apollo, Lemlist, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Confluence or similar platforms.

• Experience working in a B2B, SaaS, consulting, technology or professional services environment.

• An interest in automation, data enrichment or AI-assisted workflows.

• Knowledge of French, Dutch, German or another European language.

• An interest in finance, accounting, ERP or digital transformation.
