About the Role

As a Project Coordinator at Novutech, you'll be an essential part of our project delivery team, supporting the successful execution of NetSuite implementation and optimization projects (or similar Tech Stack/Digitalization projects for Fast Growing European Companies). Working closely with our experienced Project Manager, you'll learn the ropes of project management in a supportive environment while contributing to real client projects from day one.

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your project management skills with comprehensive training and mentorship, with the goal of taking on greater autonomy and ownership within 12-24 months.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Supporting project execution: Assist in coordinating small to medium-sized projects (up to 50-75 days) independently, helping to track timelines, deliverables, and project milestones under the guidance of your Project Manager mentor.

  • Getting hands-on: When the situation demands it, you'll roll up your sleeves and jump into the details—whether that's troubleshooting issues with the team, helping configure solutions, supporting user testing, or doing whatever it takes to keep the project moving forward.

  • Keeping projects on track: Maintain clear project documentation, monitor progress against timelines and budgets, and prepare status reports. You'll be empowered to tackle challenges as they arise—solving problems independently where you can, and knowing when to bring in your Project Manager for support on bigger decisions.

  • Being the coordination hub: Support communication between team members, clients, and stakeholders by organizing meetings, distributing updates, and ensuring everyone has the information they need.

  • Building client relationships: Support client communication and participate in client meetings, gradually building your confidence and capability to act as a trusted point of contact. You'll work alongside clients to understand their needs and help deliver solutions that make a real difference.

  • Contributing to the team: Assist with resource coordination, help prepare project plans, and support the Project Manager with operational tasks that keep projects running smoothly.

  • Growing your expertise: Participate in training programs, learn Novutech's project methodologies, and develop your skills in project management tools, NetSuite, and best practices.

  • Bringing fresh ideas: Contribute to internal initiatives and share your perspective on how we can improve our ways of working.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, project support, or a related role (experience in ERP/cloud software implementations is a plus).

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, you can juggle multiple tasks and keep projects on track.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Hands-on attitude and willingness to dive into the details, you're not afraid to get involved in the work itself, whether it's technical, operational, or administrative.

  • Eagerness to learn and develop project management expertise in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proactive mindset and problem-solving attitude, you take initiative, address issues directly, and aren't afraid to ask questions or escalate when needed.

  • Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (or willingness to learn quickly).

  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
